Directive+ builds the forms. Players apply on hidden pages. Management+ reviews everything here.
Each public application button below opens its own form page in a new tab. Players must sign in with Discord before they can submit, and the management queue on this page handles every accept, deny, or pending decision.

Public buttons players can click to open the live form.
These are the player-facing application entries. Clicking one opens a hidden application page that is not listed in the main nav bar, and players must sign in with Discord before they can submit.

Management Review
Read player submissions and update the final status.
This review queue is private to Management+. Open an application, read the answers, then scroll down to set it to accepted, denied, or pending.
